Admissions
Admission Policy
Imperial Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admissions policies, and athletic or other school-administered programs. Admission is granted regardless of race, age, sex, color, or national origin of student.
Acceptance into Imperial Academy is determined by the Imperial Academy administration. Those selected must show evidence of a positive submissive attitude, satisfactory health, and a willingness to learn. However, we reserve the right to deny admission for other reasons.
Students and parents of students that appear to share the ideals and objectives of the Academy and are good standing members in the Philadelphia Church of God will be given preference.
Health Forms and Regulations
Oklahoma law requires all students attending a public, private, or parochial school operating in this state to be immunized or to comply with the state's exemption from immunization policy. To comply with this policy all children who are not immunized, must fill out and submit an exemption letter.
In addition, Imperial Academy requires parents to fill out information about their child's health history for administrative records. Health information forms will be provided. It will be necessary to have these health records in place before a child can attend class.
Transfer Students
During the school year, students transferring to Imperial Academy from another school must provide records or transcripts from his or her previous school. Record release forms are available from the Imperial Academy office upon request. Students transferring to Imperial Academy from home school will need to provide the following information: curriculum used, courses taken, and previous grades from the last grade level.
